Builds a river from the start tile to the end tile.

Parameters
start_tileStart tile of the river.
end_tileEnd tile of the river.
spring_tilespring_tile Tile in which the spring of the river is located.
main_riverWhether it is a main river. Main rivers can get wider than one tile.
